All the support, in one practice.

Therapy, coaching, and educational or workplace consultation for kids, teens, and adults. Choose the entry point that fits. Most families and clients end up using two or three of these together.

  • Therapy for Anxiety

    When worry runs the show

CBT, ERP, and SPACE-based treatment for kids, teens, and adults with generalized, social, separation, performance, and OCD-related anxiety.

  • Therapy for ADHD

    For brains that work differently

Therapy and skill-building for inattentive, hyperactive, and combined-type ADHD across the lifespan, from elementary school through the workplace.

  • Therapy for Autism

    Affirming support across the spectrum

Neurodiversity-affirming therapy focused on the goals you set: communication, self-advocacy, executive function, social navigation, at any age.

  • School Refusal Support

    When mornings have stopped working

Intensive, time-sensitive support combining individual therapy, parent training, and school coordination.

  • Executive Function Coaching

Skills for school, work, and home

Coaching for focus, organization, time management, and follow-through, for students and working adults.

  • IEP & 504 Consultation

    Independent advocacy

Plain-English interpretation of school evaluations, strategy for IEP meetings, direct school coordination.

You don’t have to pick just one.

Most families and clients work with me on a combination: therapy plus EF coaching, or anxiety treatment plus an IEP consultation, or EF coaching plus a focused push through a job search. The intake call is where we figure out which combination fits. There's no extra charge for layering services. It's just how the work is structured.

I commonly help families and clients navigating:

  • Anxiety (generalized, social, separation, performance)

  • ADHD (inattentive, hyperactive, combined)

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder

  • School refusal and avoidance

  • Executive function struggles, at school or at work

  • Adjustment difficulties

  • Bullying

  • Friendship and social-skills challenges

  • Perfectionism and academic or workplace pressure

  • Homework battles

  • Anger and emotional regulation

  • Grief and life transitions

  • Sleep difficulties

  • Mild OCD and phobias
